The Art of Being – A Restorative Retreat for Women

Step into Bliss for as long as you like, and stay right on the beautiful property in one of our beautiful rooms. The Wellness Playshop: Mindfulness for Stress Reduction & Emotional Balance follow the following daily rhythm:

10am-12pm Mindfulness-based guided meditations, body movement, and breathing techniques

12pm Organic vegan lunch

12-3pm Spa Day with unlimited use of the Warm Swim Spa, Infrared Sauna, Sunny Deck Lounging, Healing Sound Relaxation Room, and Vision Boards

Please bring bathing suits, towels and make sure you are not wearing any aromas, oils, or lotions.

Retreat Facilitators

Shoshanna Hamburg is a Certified Massage Therapist, Ayurvedic Practitioner & Bodywork Educator with 30 years experience in the Healing Arts. She specializes in Restorative Healing Therapies and Ayurvedic Health & Lifestyle Consulting.This retreat is held at her beautiful home studio Stone & Spa.

Frederique Beaufils, MA, CHWC, is a Certified Health & Wellness Coach and a NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback Trainer. She has trained extensively in yoga, mindfulness-based stress reduction, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and biofeedback in France and in the United States.
