Bliss Therapies Deluxe Package
Warm Herbal Oil Massage, Shirodhara & Infrared Sauna
Our signature experience offers a deeply restorative combination of therapies that pacify & nourish the body, mind & spirit.
Beginning with Abhyanga- a nourishing, warm herbal oil & heated stone massage. It facilitates the release of stress, creating a deep nervous system reset and supports circulation.
Next you will receive the sublime ancient treatment- Shirodhara, which involves the streaming of warm herbalized oil over your forehead. It pacifies the active mind, releases mental stress and instills overall calm and feeling grounded.
Your session concludes with quiet integration time in the infrared sauna overlooking the woodland property. Swedhana is a therapeutic heat treatment. It takes the state of relaxation to greater depths and allows for time to further unwind after the massage & Shirodhara. The oil will remain in your hair after Shirodhara and can be washed once returning home.

Restorative Massage & Shirodhara
This stress releasing treatment begins with a gentle restorative abhyanga- warm herbal massage with heated stones. There is extra emphasis on the shoulders, neck, head and face relaxation. The massage is followed by Shirodhara, a sublime treatment that instills profound peace. Experience the streaming of warm herbalized oil over the forehead, which pacifies the active mind and truly relaxes the body and spirit. The oil will remain in your hair after Shirodhara and can be washed after returning home.

Restorative Massage & Infrared Sauna
This divine treatment begins with a restorative abhyanga- warm herbal oil massage with heated stones. You’ll then move to the infrared sauna for Swedhana (heat) treatment after the massage. This takes the relaxation of your massage to a greater depth as the warmth and unhurried pace make this a comforting choice when you would like to extend your visit beyond the massage table.

Restorative Warm Oil & Hot Stone Massage
Receive a gentle, restorative warm oil massage that utilizes herbal infused oils. It facilitates the release of stress from the nervous system, supports circulation, as well as, the dislodging and elimination of metabolic impurities held deep in the tissues. This massage is a deeply therapeutic treatment which includes the use of heated stones. Together the warmth and weight of both the oil and stones works to pacify the nervous system and detox toxins from the tissues.

Private Spa Retreats
If you would rather spend your visit soaking and enjoying the sauna without a massage, explore our spa retreats. Stone & Spa offers a unique and private spa experience in a serene woodland setting in a beautiful woodland neighborhood in North Chapel Hill. Come soak or float under the sky and stars in the spacious (12x8) hot tub, relax and detox in the lovely infrared sauna, picnic on the deck overlooking the woods, or take quiet time in the relaxation room. Perfect for special occasions with your special people: Couples time, Mother/ Daughter day, Friends time, Retreat gathering, Birthday party, Anniversary celebration.
During the summer months the large floating tub is kept at 97 degrees which is very comfortable for longer soak times during the North Carolina summers. Winter water temperature is 102-104 degrees.
